Really one has nothing to do with the other. 99% of the King of Fighters players out there aren't in the UFC, but that doesn't stop them from enjoying KOF.

Jinx's point is a good one. Where are we going as a community? That is the question, not "what are we doing with our personal lives?".

Aaahh.... stupid me! Even I studied Japanese a bit, I forgot that was actually 200x10000 which was 2 million, not 200 >_<!

EDITED: That 200m is actual 2m, which comes out to being about 20k USD a machine. 200m yen would be something akin to buying-military-aircraft-from-Russia prices.

And yes, Bill is right. With the 9-lane style now the standard, that leaves us in a real rut. I don't believe that making charts until we get a C&D is a good idea at all. This also makes it hard for us because if we are to rechart old songs in the new format, it can call the fire from the sky down on us that much faster, as Konami is not going to want to see their new brainchild (well, actually DTXMania's /old/ brainchild) be tossed through our hoops and made into simfiles already.

Bill and I already talked of taking this site underground or at least removing some of our content from public view and access. I think it's about time this is discussed on a community-wide basis and with Meow.

It says something about the hh pedal. I think that it's not double bass or something. Can anybody translate some important stuff?

For the last time, it is not a double bass pedal. It is primarily a HH pedal that will probably see some limited use as a second bass pedal for some songs. The first part of that sentence is fact, the second part learned speculation. Also, where are you getting pedal for GF..?
